The BarConic® Japanese Ice Saw brings traditional Japanese style and craftsmanship to modern bar service. Carve large blocks of ice and impress your guests with this extremely sharp Ice Saw. The alternating teeth allow for an easy cut as you pull the knife back. The curved wooden handle also allows the bartender to keep a good grip on the knife while using.
Ice slabs are not made by machines, so they are much clearer then regular ice cubes. Many craft and specialty bartenders or mixologists prefer using this type of ice for their cocktails. Some even decorate each cube with their own mark. It is certainly a great way to impress and up your cocktail presentation.
