Put The Lime in the Coconut Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz. Whiskey
2.5 oz. Coconut Milk (from a can)
0.5 oz. Fresh-Squeezed Lime Juice
Ginger Beer
Lime Wheel for Garnish (optional)
Prep:
1. Add Whiskey, Coconut Milk, and Lime Juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Strain into cocktail vessel.
4. Ad a handful of crushed ice and top with ginger beer.
5. Give a quick stir and garnish.
